Shipping policy

Summer Art Factory products are printed and shipped on demand through our network of trusted manufacturing partners in the USA. Please review the following terms before placing your order.

Order Processing Time
All orders are printed, finished, and packed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

USA: 2–5 business days after processing;

Canada: 10–30 business days after processing;

International (rest of world): 10–30 business days after processing;

NB!Delivery times may vary due to local postal services,carrier delays, weather, or peak season volumes.

Shipping rates for each order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, product size, and weight.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Track your package on the carrier’s website or via the link provided in your confirmation email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may incur local import duties, VAT/GST, or other fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your country’s customs regulations before ordering.

Shipping Delays & Issues
If tracking indicates a delay or issue, contact support@summerartfactory.com with your order number and the latest tracking status. We will work with our shipping partners to locate your package.

Incorrect Address
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs.
