Return and Refund Policy (EN)
Summer Art Factory orders are made‑to‑order via print‑on‑demand partners. Because each item is produced specifically for each order, standard returns do not apply.

Returns & exchanges not accepted. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selected, or similar reasons, as items are produced on demand.

Exceptions: if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product/size compared to the order, we will replace it or issue a refund upon review. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with the order number and clear photo/video evidence.

Shipping damage: document visible parcel damage at receipt and notify us within 72 hours with photos of the packaging and item.

Color/monitor variance: minor color differences between on‑screen previews and the final product are not considered defects (POD printing characteristics).

Sizing: please review size charts before ordering. Orders placed in an incorrect size cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation: production often starts quickly; orders generally cannot be canceled after payment. If production hasn’t started, we’ll try to help.

Refunds/replacements: for approved cases, replacements are shipped at no cost or refunds issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

How to claim: email support@summerartfactory.com with your order number, description of the issue, and evidence.

Delivery delays: timelines may vary by manufacturer and carrier. Minor logistics delays are not grounds for returns; we will assist with tracking.

Personalization: personalized elements make items non‑returnable except for defects/printing errors.

Taxes/duties: customs duties or local taxes are non‑refundable.

Address errors: if an incorrect shipping address was provided, reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.
